If I go to, for example, the CQRLog screen for something, then close it out and go back to the New Qso screen, the New Qso screen is darker and gray. It still works, but to get it to be bright again I have to minimize the window and expand it again. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi Dave,
I suppose you are using KDE. You can disable this effect in KDE preferences. It's sowhere around desktop effect and Focus.
This seems to be a bug in Fpc and Lazarus. Disabling the effect is only a workaround :(.
