I am using Slackware64-Current. I tried to compile carlog, 2.3.0, &, even though I had all the listed dependencies, the make died very quickly. I then repackaged your binary into a Slackware package & it seemed to work fine. But when I used it in remote mode for wsjtx, & it imported a contact, a window appeared announcing that the date was not formatted correctly. When I pressed the OK button in the warning window, the contact was erased from cqrlog, without giving the opportunity to fix the date. Packaging 2.2.0 & "upgrading" 2.3.0 with it solved the problem. I'm not sure you can even duplicate this, since 2.3.0 is probably working fine in other distributions, but I thought you should know.
Thanks for a good program.

Date not imported correctly from wsjtx
HI Bill!
I have been after this for some time.
It just happens so seldom, and usually then when debug is not issued that I have not found out what does it.
The splash that says "incorrect date" is showing the date that is just in same format as it is in NewQSO's Date.
I have also noticed that if pressing OK and continuing you can not log qso. Not even when you turn remote off and clear NewQso and enter manually another.
It still complains about date. Just restarting cqrlog does cure this problem.
At that point it is good to know that wsjt-x does it's onw log to ~/.local/share/WSJTX and you can later import that adif entry.
I would be glad if someone can resolve this, or even get debug data down when this happens.

Saku, I thought I would be able to get you some data, but it didn't happen. Every time I've started 2.3.0, I have done it with debug enabled, & it has worked like a charm. Sorry about that. 73,
Bill
Hi Bill!
Just the same problem here!
I even made a desktop icon witrh command "cqrlog debug=1 > /tmp/debug.txt" but every time I use it: no errors.
It is very rare.
I think it has not happend at least in one month.
So it is not big problem, but would be nice to know why right looking date is not accepted by mysql.
