I happened to be browsing around the ARRL website and noticed they've put Logbook of the World on a new server with a new URL for access
http://www.arrl.org/logbook-of-the-world
the new LotW URL is https://lotw.arrl.org/lotwuser/default
Not sure how long ago this went intoeffect. the original p1k.arrl.org address appears to point to the same server since I haven't had too many issues with uploading my logs lately.

New LotW server
I've seen the following message several times today when trying to upload qso's:

LoTW is Offline
The ARRL Logbook of the World server is temporarily not accessible at this URL.
You are seeing this message because you are attempting to access LoTW through an indirect (proxied) connection via P1K.ARRL.ORG
Since May, 2013, LoTW has been directly accessible from the Internet.
For the best performance, please check that you are using the direct URL: https://LoTW.ARRL.ORG/lotwuser/default when visiting Logbook.

So basically it should work, but now temporarily off-line. However direct link would be preferable for best performance. This is not adjustable from Preferences, so would require some actions from the Petr.

Hi Eugene,
I just updated the app to meets new LoTW interfaces. Unfortunately it isn't only about change the addresses but also some work around.
LoTW servers seems to have some problem. When I download the data, very often I get "Error: Connection reset by peer" after download a few kB.
