I just upgraded my CQRlog from version 1.9.0 to 2.0.4 on my Raspberry Pi 3 and I must say it is a very nice upgrade and the ability to interface with WSJ-X is SUPER!
I am having two problems with it and am hoping someone can tell me if these are bugs or I have something set incorrectly.
Problem #1: When I answer another station's CQ in WSJT-X, within a few seconds the other fellow's name, QTH, etc. is displayed within CQRlog as it should. However, at the end of the QSO and I've sent my 73, the WSJT-X Log QSO box pops up, I click OK to log it, and CQRlog adds the QSO to it's database, BUT the name, QTH, etc. data never shows up in my CQRlog QSO list.I DO get the other guy's call, the signal report, date, time power, but not the name and QTH stuff. I've done this several times and it is 100% reproducible. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
Problem #2: Same scenario, running WSJT-X and CQRlog. In order to have WSJT-X in control of the frequencies, split operation, etc., I have to de-select radio 1 in the TR Control panel, otherwise WSJT-X cannot do the frequency control. This works fine except that when I tell WSJT-X to log a QSO, the frequency getting logged into CQRlog is whatever was sitting in the CQRlog new QSO field and/or the TRXcontrol panel, and NOT what the radio is actually tuned to. In my CQRlog preferences under fldigi/wsjtx interface, I have the "Frequency from" radio button selected to wsjtx. Same with the "Mode from". The mode gets correctly into CQRlog, but the frequency from WSJT-X does not. Again - have I got something wrong, or is it a bug?
Other than those two issues, this is really a great program!

Start with #2 first, I usually let CQRlog have rig control then manually select the frequency from WSJTX, works for me, I also keep frequency from CQRlog checked, just in case I forget to change it in WSJTX,
#1, When you are finished for the day or the session, open up qso list, then filter your log for the qso's you want, say you spent the last 2 hours on WSJTX, then simply in your filter select the date and the mode, make sure your qso's are in the list, and make sure the top one is highlighted, then click on database update, CQRlog will now fill in all missing info. 73 Tom K8WDX

Tom,
Thanks for the reply. I tried your method for #2 and it works great. While it does work, we shouldn't have to do that, since the data is there in the New QSO panel to begin with, it should populate those fields when the QSO is saved. I feel this is a bug.
With #1, what do you tell WSJT-X regarding rig control? How do you handle the frequency shift from (on 40 meters for instance) when you make a JT9 QSO way up at the "top" or a JT65 QSO way down at the "bottom"? With the KX3 controlling the rig, the frequency is automatically adjusted since I tell WSJT-X to use Rig Split.
