I recently started receiving an error when attempting a LoTW download. Error message received is below.

NOT Logged
Error: 110
Error: Connection timed out
Error: ssl_openssl
Any suggestion where I can look for solution to problem?

Yesterday I upload the cqww cw contest QSOs and I have the same result...
It would be a problem from the great traffic of the contest?
Indeed it is. And it will be for the next few days as billions of billions stations sending their cq ww logs. Just wait two or three days.
And it's happening again right now after the end of the ARRL 160 CW contest.
