is it possible and provided the German umlauts "äöüÄÖÜ" that are entered in the fields "Comment to QSO" and "Comment to callsign" to save?
Currently, the input is possible, but the characters are then filtered out.

it is not possible now, but it should be possible in version 1.0 which could use all UTF8 characters. It will take some time to release version 1.0. Please stay tuned. Thank you.
