Hello all. I'm a brand new member to the group and hope I can get some help. I've been using CQRLog on Kubuntu 11.10 with no problem and had to do a fresh install to Kubuntu 12.04. I installed the latest version of CQRLog and now it won't load. It gets to the little "Starting CQRLog" splash screen, which is all grayed out, and hangs. I've made sure I have libstdc++5, libssl-dev and libhamlib2 installed. I have to close that window manually (twice) and when I do, I get the message,
The window "Starting CQRLOG ..." is not responding. It belongs to the application cqrlog (Process ID = 3084, hostname = localhost).
Do you wish to terminate the application process including all of its child windows?
Also, when downloading updates through Muon, I get the message,
Failed to download http://ppa.launchpad.net/ok2cqr/ppa/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/source/Sou...
404 Not Found
Failed to download http://ppa.launchpad.net/ok2cqr/ppa/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-i38...

I think CQRLog is a fabulous program. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Update.I uninstalled CQRLog, and tried reinstalling it (for the umpteenth time) and get the message,
Selecting previously unselected package cqrlog.
(Reading database ... 103089 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking cqrlog (from .../cqrlog_1.3.1-2_i386.deb) ...
Setting up cqrlog (1.3.1-2) ...
File /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld was modified, now restarting apparmor ...
* Reloading AppArmor profiles
...done.
Done
All this happens in about a second and nothing else happens.
Again, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Didier. It is now loading the program. What I need now is to put the backup log file in place of the one created when the program started so Ill have my log, or import it into the new log?
Thanks,

Hi Dave,
what version did you have before upgrade? If version higher then 0.9.6, the log data will be also upgraded and you don't need to import any files.
If you already have the ADIF file and not the original data, please go to QSO list window and choose File -> Adif import.
