FT-2000

I can not get my ft-2000 to work under CQR log . i have chage thing but i still get this output err.looking for some help on this one .

Please set only serial speed in serial port parameters. Other values set to default. It should work.

I chaged it as you said and

I chaged it as you said and restarted the software , Its still not see the rig . Hear is what i get .

What do you have in Device? Are you member of dialout group(put groups command to console)?

You have to be part of the dialout group.
Terminal;
gksudo gedit /etc/group

look for dialout20: (something like that)
then put your user name next to it. mine is k8wdx, (hint) it will be the same as the others that have your user name after them, then save and exit, restart pc, give that try HTH Tom
