Issue with non-latin letters on import from adif

Hi

I have a some problem with import QSO's from adif file.
Name and QTH fields with non-latin letters truncates.

Correct encoding of adif when

Correct encoding of adif when importing - UTF8 (letters look correct), but program calculates the length of string by byte (number inside the tag)rather than character by character. So the string is cut in half.
