Frequency transfer into QSO log from IC7300?

I recently got a IC7300 and I'm trying to transfer the actual frequency into a QSO log. The 7300 serial port is recognized as /dev/ic7300 (via udev), the Preferences->TRX Control is setup like this:

Rig model: any newer ICOM radios, I tried several
Device : /dev/ic7300
Poll rate: 500
Port 4532
start rigctld at startup

anything else: default

Nothing happens. The debug output in terminal looks like this:

TSQL

I'm planning to start using LoTW (haven't been using it before). Can someone please help me - how do I install TSQL in a correct way on my Xubuntu laptop (I guess it is done the same way as when using Ubuntu)?

Cannot create a new log

This is the laptop I use when traveling. Kubuntu 14.04, CQRLog 2.0.1.

There are 4 logs on this machine, and I wanted to create a new log into which I would import data from my home computer's .adi file. But trying to create a Log 5 gives this:

TMySQL55Connection : Error executing query: Table 'cqrlog_main' already exists.

I've used this method several times and have not encountered this error. Maybe I'm doing something different. Advice, please?
