Linux Mint - Database connection error

Hello,

I have recently installed mint and have been at odds trying to connect to the sql server. I keep getting this error upon startup:

Error during connection to database: TMySQL57Connection : Server connect failed.

I have went in to a terminal and tried:

sudo apt-get install mariadb-client-10.3 mariadb-server-10.3 libmariadb3 libssl-dev libmariadb-dev-compat

as I seen a previous thread about dependencies.

So when I run that install command, I get these errors:

Fedora 33 / Hamlib 4.0 and WSJTX error

Good evening all,
I hope this has not been covered yet, i did search but did not see anything that would help.
I am doing a fresh install of Fedora 33 and CQRLOG and have rig control working fine with Hamlib 4. I updated Hamlib as per another post (https://www.cqrlog.com/node/3071)

Raspberry Pi - MySQL Could Not Be Started

I installed CQRLOG on a freshly updated raspi. I get the MySQL error on startup. Here is the error log:

Error update Hamlib (solved)

I am an Ubuntu user. I currently run with Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS version.

I have tried several times to update my hamlib to recognize my IC-7610 but have not been successful.

I have tried upgrading hamlib 3.3, hamlib 3.2 (this one doesn't have the configure file), hamlib 4.0.
When I ask him to give me a list of the transceivers he has in rigctld -l I get the following error:
rigctld: error while loading shared libraries: libhamlib.so. 4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If I do synaptic it appears that it runs with version 3.1.7

Clublog mark all QSO as uploaded Error

CQRLOG 2.3 on Raspberry Pi 4 Buster.

I moved my log over from a Windows PC. Everything is working. I uploaded all to Clublog on the other PC. When I go to mark all uploaded I get the error message:

"Could not mark QSO as uploaded: TMySQL56Connection:: Error executing query: Data too long for column 'CMD" at row 1

Any ideas?

CQR log and Raspberry pi

I am thinking about a Raspberry pi, my question is, will thers be continuing support and updates for the pi? I know that the current version of CQR log is in need of updating because of the new Ubuntu and Mint versions, will this update effect pi? And if not will any effort go into maintaining and updates for pi? I believe Buster is similar to Debian, nit sure how similar, but it would seem perhaps the dependencies may be different, not sure, I am no expert with this, but I lime the idea of pi because of power consumption as my shack is off grid, thanks!
