Logging JS8CALL QSOs to CQRLOG

While it is always possible to import JS8 adif files manually into CQRLOG, I am trying to do it directly as is done with WSJTX.
It looks as if it may be possible to use the N1MM remote logging interface for this, by setting the UDP local host and port in JS8.
While this picks up the call sign and the signal reports, it does not find the frequency and so refuses to complete the logging process automatically.
Is there a solution, or an alternative way to log JS8 automatically into CQRLOG ?

MySQL error on newly built machine

I'm working on replacing my hamshack machine with one a bit more capable. I have CQRLog running on the old box, and am quite happy with it.

installed a fresh copy of Mint 20 on the new box. I've used the synaptic tool to remove MariaDB and install MySQL per some of the other entries that I've found on these forums.

Upon launching CQRLog, I get the splash screen, then:
Error during connection to database
TMySQL57Connection: Server connect failed.

Per the next dialog, I am posting the last several lines of my mysql.err file

Advice and a question about QTH profiles

Hello all! My first post on this forum.

I just started using CQRLog a couple days ago. I like what I see and I like very much that it is being actively maintained. That's very important and I will make a donation. I like that it supports more of the possible fields in the ADIF format than most logging programs.

It took me a few times to get used to the user interface. At one point I was sure I'd found a bug, but I had misunderstood the user interface. I'll have a suggestion about that in another post.

TCI

I'm not sure if this belongs here or on the wish list .... can CQRLOG be made to work with the ExpertSDR software TCI?

How else can CQRLOG be made to work with the expert software if not by TCI?

switching fields

Is it possible to have cqrlog go from Call field directly to RST rcvd ?
When no radio is connected one must tab 4 times to get to the rst field.
Being able to define the tab filed order would be nice, like from call to ITU when contesting etc.

also i would like the qso dato so show Day/Month/Year, it is year/month/day now.

Mint 20 and CQRLOG windows

Since I upgraded to Mint 20 Cinnamon and compiled the latest version of CQRLOG the way the windows act is different. The windows I use are New QSO, DX Cluster, RBN Monitor, TRX Control, and DK0WKY Propagation. In previous versions of Mint when I clicked on the CQRLOG icon in the task bar (when the program was running but minimized) all of the windows would come up. But now when I do that only the NEW QSO window comes up. If I hover over the icon in the task bar I see the other windows but i have to click them one at a time to get them all back full screen. It's a pain in the rear.

ADIF export cannot find thumb drive.

Last week I did a fresh install of Mint 20 Cinnamon and also the latest CQRLOG which I compiled per Saku's tutorial. All worked just fine until I attempted to export my log to a thumb drive. With Mint 19, 18 and 17 every Sunday I would export my entire log to a thumb dive via "QSO list-file-export-ADIF" and then select my thum drive in the "save file as" window and export to the drive. When I tried this yesterday with the new install all was fine until the "save file as" window came up. My thumb drive cannot be found and the actual window is different.
