When I tried to export my logs this morning I received an error message:
"An error occurred during export: Access denied"
I get this error for Cabrillo, EDI and CSV but ADI and HTML work ok.
What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible to network multiple iterations of CQRLOG together so multiple operators working a contest can work from a common database?
Hello,
This request is not really urgent, nor so important, it is just a sort of "bells and whistle" feature, but I believe it will be useful and nice to have the possibility for a CQRLOG user to select one QSO saved and send his QSL card as picture via email.
I tried to search around, but it seems that is existing something just for Windows OS.
I'm referring especially to the software created by PA4R https://www.qrz.com/db/PA4R which responds perfectly to the usage I would like to do with CQRLOG.
Hello,
I'm using CQRLOG latest with WSJT-X latest in remote mode on my Linux openSUSE Tumbleweed laptop (XFCE DE).
There is a very annoying behavior of CQRLOG (at least for my personal evaluation) which I would like to be possible to eliminate or even disable becoming just as an user preference:
as soon as WSJT-X finalize a QSO and the user click to log it, CQRLOG "New QSO" window pop-ups on the screen hiding the WSJT-X and all other eventual windows present on the desktop!
Hi,
After installing CQRLog on Ubuntu 22.04, Im getting the following error when I try to run "apt update":
Reading package lists... Done
E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/ok2cqr/ppa/ubuntu jammy Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.
Anything I can do on my end to solve this?

Just setting up CQRLOG with my FT-450D. Looking to get the correct CAT control cable for this setup. This version of Ubuntu seems to have support for FTDI and Prolific, but looking to get some feedback from someone who has made this work before I buy a cable. Running version 2.5.2. Thanks!
Having some issues with HamQTH inside of CQRLOG. I used to use it for lookups, before I signed up for XML access to QRZ. QRZ integration has been working flawlessly, but even though I've removed the credentials from the configuration for HamQTH, it still insists on synchronizing with the log. Not every time I log on, but at least once a week, it tries to upload what seems like significant portions of the log (The most recent time, it took 30-40 minutes to complete).
Hello,
We have LotW that only validates releases
We have eQSL that validates statements and gives (gives away) the QSL
Clublog validates and you can "buy" the QSL, but it confirms the QSO without buying anything.
HRDlog does the same as eQSL
QRZ sells you diplomas and does not do QSL, but validates for free.
It's all nonsense.
CQRLOG downloads the validations of the first two, but does not do so with either HRDlog or Clublog. (qrz dot com, I don't care)
Hello everyone.
NOTE: I run Ubuntu 20.04.03 but I suppose this explanation will help everyone running linux like operating systems.
Due to personal stuff to do these months I did not manage to update to latest WSJTX 2.5.4 so I decide to do it first available weekend. So it be.
So at first I installed wsjtx v 2.5.4 . I suppose you already know how to installed because you arrive at my page seeking for solution for the same problem I already had ;)
Running version 2.5.2 (001) 2021-02-12
QSL > LoTW > Import > Download and process data from LoTW website
download proceeds, imports many QSOs, but then reports that 10 QSOs were not found. Produces at lotw_error.txt file which lists the "not found" QSOs but all of the QSOs it claims are not found are indeed in my database.
I don't know how to post an image or I would show you, but trust me, this is the case!
Starting with a new (empty) log, I selected Import > ADIF
got the file selection dialog,
when I double-clicked the file it crashed with this message:
Hi,
I just logged my first QO-100 QSO which happened on 10489.7095MHz. After logging, the cqrlog window states 1,0489.7095MHz, so the comma seems to be on the wrong place. Am I doing something wrong?

When restarting cqrlog now getting an exception error and accessvilation.
I removed and reinstalled frome the Fedora 36. Cleared everything so statring fresh. However after
setting the prefrences and exiting, on restart with debug have the following.
My old computer died but fortunately I kept a copy of the backup, the .adi file saved on exit.
I have a new lubuntu 21.10 (impish) installation.
Using muon package manager I installed CQRLOG; unfortunately, out of the box so-to-speak it doesn't work; it complained of SQL database problems, same as this person has in their post here:
https://www.cqrlog.com/node/3330
There it is said that CQRLOG no longer works with MySQL version 8 and up.
Hi All,
I'm using a Raspberry Pi running on a 32bit bullseye OS.
I have installed CQRLog using sudo apt-get install cqrlog.
This has installed the version 2.3.0.
How can I update to the last version (2.5.2.) ? I downloaded the tar.gz source code and run ./configure but without success.
How can I upgrade please ?
Thanks in advance.

There is a problem how CQRlog logs QSOs that start prior to midnight GMT and end after midnight GMT.
If you start a QSO prior to midnight GMT (23:55 example) and end the QSO after midnight GMT (00:05 example) CQRlog will take log the entry as 23:55 with tomorrows date. Then for the next 24 hours all logged QSOs will be logged PRIOR to the example above.
How long has this been going on and no one has noticed?
This means the date will be tomorrow's date but will have a time of say 23:55.
Hi, total new guy to Ubuntu and Linux.i have the latest version on Cqrlog from the web site and a fresh install of Ubuntu 20. Cqrlog and wsjtx work fine alone. Dopo aver Installato CQRLOG, all'avvio si presenta questo errore:

Fairly new to Linux. I'm trying to install CQRLog on Zorin 16 Pro and get the following message after adding the ok2cgr repository and trying to install CQRLog. This shows up at the end.
"Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help resolve the situation:
I'm running CQRlog v2.5.2, fldigi v4.1.20 along with fldigi xmlrpc.
I currently have CQRlog setup to start fldigi as remote.
The problem I'm having is the way the mode gets logged. As an example. When operating the digital mode Olivia, it will log as Olivia-8/500 or Olivia-32-1k.
At the end of the day when I upload my new QSOs to eQSL and LoTW, I get errors telling me that the mode is invalid. I then have to go into each and every log entry and change the mode to a valid entry such as: Changed Olivia-8/500 to OLIVIA, changed THOR8 to THOR.
Sorry if this has been addressed but I couldn't find it. I have recently installed CQRLog v2.5.2 on a new Ubuntu machine. For some reason, trying to import any adif log (Either downloading from LOTW, Eqsl, or a saved adif) doesn't work. It shows it downloaded then gives me an error message that the qso's aren't found in my log. Then it saves all the qso's in a text file. Any help would be greatly appriciated because I REALLY don't want to enter everything by hand. The fact that they are not found in CQRLog is kind of the point of the import right?
