Sorry for posting here but can't see any other way.

Is something wrong with hamqth.com website? Can't upload either single qso's or full log file:

After trying to upload single qso:
"[HAMQTH] Upload failed: InternalServerError Internal Server Error for QSO"

or after trying full log upload:

ERROR:
TMySQL57Connection : Error executing query: Duplicate entry '2147483647' for key 'PRIMARY'
No QSO imported!
HamQTH.com server

Searching log on HamQTH.com looks not working as well.

FT-2000 not turning on with P-ON

I'm using the lastest build using git pull. Under TRX control window I can turn radio off with P-OFF but I can't turn it on with P-ON. I've tested hamlib with the following command: echo "+\set_powerstat 1" | nc -w 1 localhost 4532, and it works ok.

I've made a video on installing Ubuntu 22.04 and Cqrlog 2.6.0

There are a couple of problems installing Cqrlog and I've addressed them in this video. It includes installing mariadb and problems with serial ports, permissions etc and installing Ubuntu Linux from scratch. I hope this video helps someone who wants to switch to Linux for their ham shack and if you have any questions let me know.

IC-9700 satellite mode error on CQRLog

Hi. I have found that in the satellite mode of the IC-9700 the CQRLog does not behave as it should.

The reason is that the main transmission frequency appears in the Sub section while the reception frequency appears as Main. The frequency that the CQRLog should reflect should be the transmission one (Sub) but, on the contrary, either the CAT does not do it or it directly uses the reception frequency as the satellite frequency (something that is totally wrong).

my CQRLog on MX-Linux ist 2.5.1
and the Label Print makes trouble.

How i. can Install the newest Version 2.5.2 (only the Label Print Bug) on another Debian Linux System
My MX-Linux will install with "sudo apt-get install cqrlog" only the 2.5.1 version
Update also
On Git i. have downloaded the newest file,
but i have no script to install for it.

I have no Ubuntu Linux, and the script is for only ubuntu users.
My Linux ist a MX-Linux Version21

Queued commands to Hamlib

This is not really a CQRLog problem but using the debug output on rigctl commands it says that CQRLog has sent fmv

My issue is that on the Radio that I use (Quisk) it only processes one command at a time so all that is reported back to CQRLog is the frequency.

WSJTX Remote mode - dark style

I cannot figure out a way to have CQRlog run wsjt-x in dark mode. If I put in the preferences Fldigi/Wsjtx tab in the path
"/usr/bin/wsjtx --stylesheet :/qdarkstyle/style.qss" (without the quotes) in CQRlog path to program, CQRLog goes into remote mode but wsjtx doesn't run. Is there a method to do this?

Voice keyer from CW macro buttons

I have been playing with a wrapper script that allows cwdaemon to play audio files in a hierachial manner. Essentially, you can create any voice file you like and trigger them with the CW macro buttons, much the same way as you would with CW.

Mode switching

I usually operate CW, but I noticed recently that the mode is not changing when I change frequency. This used to bother me because the mode would change when I didn't want it to (i.e., when I went to 7115 for CW operation). Now, if I change to 7200 kHz, the program stays in CW mode. If I click the TRX control the radio changes modes but the log does not. Also, even if I change the log's drop-down to SSB, the signal reports stay stuck at 599.

Is there a setting I have changed that is causing my issue?

problems when uploading the logs

Hi

I have problems when uploading the logs to Clublog and HRDLog.net The reason is that it tries to modify contacts and these servers do not allow it.

As an example:

HRDLog: Deleting original A65DR
HRDLog: Could not delete original QSO data!

ClubLog: Deleting original A65DR
ClubLog: Could not delete original QSO data!

CQRLOG with BC780xlt ?

What data fields from my BC780XLT can I expect to have access to using CQRLOG and the 'rigctl' 'hamlib' tools ?

Add the option to transfer DXCC, WAZ, WAS etc. on new Log creation

First question: how many QSO's can be (safely) saved into a single CQRLOG database, in order to avoid possible issues?

Now my wish-list feature is this:

Can you add the option to transfer the statistical results achieved along the time for DXCC, WAZ, WAS, etc when the user decide to create a new log, or better told, when a new DB is being created?

HamQTH: XML DXCC search is down, cannot recognize the country!

The latest update of the cloned git version (https://github.com/ok2cqr/cqrlog.git) does not upload QSOs to HamQTH, the following problem appears in the status window:
HamQTH: Uploading II4WRTC
HamQTH: XML DXCC search is down, cannot recognize the country!
The upload to Clublog is instead done correctly.

how does downloading lotw confirmation work?

While I have used cqrlog for years, I really used it standalone. I have periodically downloaded log entries from QRZ then uploaded those to CQRLog, LOTW and eQSL. I want to get away from using QRZ as my online logbook and move to HamQTH/CQRLog, while still uploading log entries to LOTW and eQSL and maybe QRZ. Please forgive me for asking the newbie questions I'll be asking in the near future.

So, the first question...
I'd like to DL LOTW confirmations into CQRLog without creating duplicating log entries in CQRLog. Is this possible, and if yes, how.

Rotor control preferences

In the rotor control window, if I de-select show direction btns the direction buttons disappear but when I close the program and re-open it again the buttons come back. The direction buttons don't work with my rotor so I don't want the buttons on the window. Other than that, this is a great piece of software.

Hello.

I'm trying to connect the CQRLog with the Gpredict so that it does the CAT also in the CQRLog but I can't find a way to do it.

Has anyone managed to have the CAT in both Gpredict and CQRLog at the same time?

Broken GUI at DXCC statistics

The git version cloned on May 8 has broken GUI - there is a slider at the right side of DXCC statistics field which does not disappear when the windows size is properly adjusted - it is simply permanent and the table can't be displayed as full regardless of the fact that it is quite small. Previous versions (~ about 1 month old) were OK, unfortunately I can't track the exact date when this first appeared.

adi export mimetype

When I download an adi file from QRZ, the saved file "file --mime-type" shows text/plain. When I export from CQRLog, "file --mime-type" shows audio/x-hx-aac-adif. How can I export so that the file is associated with the correct mimetype?

state,county in county field

I was looking around in cqrlog and I noticed that when I input a call state,county will show in the county field ... for me FL,St. Johns. Shouldn't that just be the county, for me ... St. Johns?

HamQTH uploads/Downloads

Is it possible to make single record uploads to the HamQTH logbook as they are recorded. If so, how? Or possibly a group of records? ... as opposed to the whole log every time.
Is it possible to download portions of the log?

I am asking because I am trying to get away from QRZ. My way of doing things is to enter QSOs into QRZ as they happen and then download a subset of the log and then upload that portion to CQRLog, eQSL and LOTW. Essentially I am treating QRZ as my logbook and CQRLog as a backup.

I have problems after migration to Ubuntu 22.04 - CQRLOG is hanging. Looks like ther is a problem with the MariaDB connect: "TMySQL57Connection : Server connect failed".
Reinstalled MariaDB (v10.6.7) and CQRLOG.
Any ideas?

TX control lost

I have just upgraded to kubuntu 22.04 and lost TX control, I have done a reinstall of CQRlog but the same outcome There are no rigs listed in the TXcontrol settings therefore unable to pick one and use the optioin.

any ideas what else has been broken by the upgrade? no error messages.

IC-7300 on RPi Bullseye

Cannot seem to get rig control working on CQRLog 2.5.1 running on Raspberry Pi Bullseye. Radio firmware is 1.41.
