Anyone using G4ZLP Digimaster Pro3 with cqrlog? I have now trying to find
cat control working with ts-2000. I can send cw from cqrlog and digimodes
with wsjt-x, but missing rigctl.

If I use the menu /QSL/LoTW/Import/Download and process data from LoTW website the following message occurs:
"Something is wrong because LoTW server returned invalid adif file header. Yout LoTW username/password could be wrong or LoTW server is down.
Do you want to show the file?"
My access credentials are definitely right and the LoTW server isn't down.
But if I check the returned file from LoTW, I see that this isn't an ADIF file.
So the message "invalid adif file header" seems to be right, because of the non-ADIF-file.
I'm running Linux Mint and CQRLog 2.04. I only have one log file, Log 001, as it is shown in the screen to choose the log file from. What is it's name and location, as far as my file manager is concerned, and is it written to after saving each qso? I want a terminal program to periodically look at it and update the terminal program's output, based on my log file. Thanks in advance.

Friend of mine, opened Preferences and edited Grayline time. Cqrlog was wsjtx remote mode.
Closed Preferences and same time cqrlog crashed. Tried open again, but no way...
So, possibility is, that in remote mode, must be no way to change preferences, without
messing up whole cqrlog... Be warned..
Hi,
pressing the "Preferences" button in the "Upload / Download QSO to eQSL.cc" and "Upload / Download data to LoTW" windows points to the "Preferences, Callbook support" tab instead of "Preferences, LoTW / eQSL support".

Hi,
CQRLog v 2.0.4 (001) 2017-01-12.
Converting an old log to ADIF for import, I've found an odd item:
If the ADIF field = Y, and the field is set to D or E (I'm only using B, D, E), the log field (qsl_s) value is defaulting to B everytime.
Thanks.

Hi,
I'm trying to convert an old log file into an ADIF format using Excel and some of its formatting tricks, then import into CQRLOG.
Can the ADIF fields COL_QSL_RCVD_VIA and COL_QSL_SENT_VIA have multiple values?
I'm looking to track eQSL, Direct, and Bureau qsls using those fields.
If so, what is the proper format? According the the spec, it can have values B, D, E, but can it parse multiple? What separates the values? Comma, space, semi-colon?
Thanks.

A couple of years ago I entered a note in a particular station's "Comment to Callsign" field (I normally use only "Comment to QSO") that I now realize was incorrect. It keeps popping up whenever I work him, though. Of course I can manually delete it each new time it appears, but is there a way to keep it from autofilling whenever I work this station?
LOTW access is broken on the Debian Testing distribution, and probably any other distribution which is running the latest version of OpenSSL.
The LOTW dialog displays the following error message:
NOT logged
Error: 0
Error: Network subsystem is unusable
Error: ssl_openssl
The same problem affects Clublog uploads as well because they also use OpenSSL.

I've been having this problem since 2013. I start rigctld at boot, it works fine with fldigi, gMFSK, and Xlog. Repeated program starts and stops have no effect, rigctld survives. With CQRLOG, the first time the program starts, it connects to rigctld, and works normally. When I close CQRLOG, rigctld crashes with the message broken pipe.
Here is a snippet from the terminal window where I ran rigctld.
I am trying to import a test ADIF file and it's failing on the second record.
Is there a error log file for the import I can review?
Thanks.
Dan.
I need help setting up CQRLOG to connect to my Icom 706 MKIIG. I am very new to Linux so be patient with me. It took me about a month and a half just to get the program installed and working. I installed it through Package Manager initially, but I had broken packages that defied being fixed because it was an older version, and the missing files seem to not be available anywhere. Any help I found on line to attempt to rectify that was either incomplete or wrong. No amount of updating helped. Eventually I deleted the old version and figured out how to install the latest stable version.
Hey guys,
Can't seem to get my Kenwood to work with CQRLog. I'm using the same settings I use in Fldigi and WSJT-X, so I know hamlib is working...just doesn't want to play nicely with CQRLog.
The only stuff I see in the terminal is
"Config parameter error: Feature not available
Config parameter error: Feature not available
Config parameter error: Feature not available"
My settings are:
I have created a built (my first on linux, hope it works!) of CQRLog 2.0.4 for raspbian.
Please use this test and enjoy!
Let me know if there are any issues.

Hi all,
I use CQR since a few months and it works perfectly.
I have a question about the DB.
I do not remember how is MySQL installed with CQR.
My problem is that I whish to install a LAMP server, and I do not remember how MySQL has been installed, so I do not have the root passwords...
Any hint??
Thanks
Gerard
Hi,
sorry, i think I've used the wrong subforum so far. Please delete the entry under "open discussion ".

In my installation (CQRLOG 2.0.4, Linux Mint 18 KDE) I have a problem with the Clublog upload.
After selecting "Upload all changes", this error message appears in the status window.
I have scoured this forum for any possible answer and have tried several suggestions, on top of three virgin installations of MATE. No sucess getting CQRLog working. I have confirmed synaptic has installed mysql.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
cqrlog --debug-1

Is the summary line data above the log an aggregate of all of the QTH profiles?
i.e., QSO in log, DXCC, DXCC confirmed.
If not, how is it determined or selected?
Thanks and 73,

Band Map fills up many times and it would be nice to just check a box or button to go back and forth from ALL to CURRENT BAND without having to go into Preferences.

At the moment the preset date in "create filter" depends on local time. It would be nice if it could depend on UTC.

Has anyone managed to get the LD-5 QRP rig from LNR Precision working with CQRLog TRX control? I am at wit's end. I am using the Kenwood TS-2000 profile, as advised by LNR, and the recommended settings (as well as trying with speed set at 9600 and all else as default). The console output says rigctld failed to start, and rig_open: IO error.
Thanks,
Scott
I recently installed (upgraded from 1.9.0) to v 2.0.4 and have been using the WSJT-X Remote Mode. One thing that I would like to see is to have the Name and QTH populated into the QSO database when the QSO is finished and the QSO is logged. Presently that data is showing up in the New QSO panel along with all the other information (Call, Mode, etc.). However, when the QSO is saved to the database, that information is not brought over as it is with non-remote operating, like CW or SSB.
I just upgraded my CQRlog from version 1.9.0 to 2.0.4 on my Raspberry Pi 3 and I must say it is a very nice upgrade and the ability to interface with WSJ-X is SUPER!
I am having two problems with it and am hoping someone can tell me if these are bugs or I have something set incorrectly.

I have 2.04 installed on a RPi3 and when I try to upload I get:
HamQTH: Deleting original W9GWZ
HamQTH: Update failed! Check Internet connection
HamQTH: Upload failed! Check Internet connection
HRDLog: Deleting original W9GWZ
HRDLog: Update failed! Check Internet connection
HRDLog: Upload failed! Check Internet connection
I have an Internet connection. Am I just missing something?
