Contest name

Hi All,
I just upgreded CQRLog to the beta version 2.3.0 (003) dated on 2019-07-26. Upgrade was smooth and logger working fine. As I read and as I can see CQRLog has now a new column named 'Contest name'. Until now, I kept info about the qso's made in contests in the 'Comment to QSO' column.
I'm not very friendly with database operations, so my question is: How to move info from 'Comment to QSO' to the new 'Contest name'?
Thanks for help,

Slav

Clublog QSL ADIF download

I am wondering how to handle clublog OQRS QSL requests. I recently got a mail from the system telling me:

This is an automatic message to alert you that the following QSLs have been requested for PG4I using Club Log OQRS.

...

BURO

This QSO is indeed in my log. The only interaction with clublog I can think of is clicking on "OQRS" at the top of the page. Then I see at the bottom of the page:

Bureau QSLs (number of QSOs):
1 (approximate - includes unfinished checkouts)

TRX control ICOM IC-7100

I have not been able to get TRX control to work with my Icom IC-7100.

I'm using CQRLOG 2.3.0 in Debian 9 (Stretch). I have no issues using WSJT-X or Fldigi or Flrig and they can see and control my radio. My attempts to get TRX control in CQRLOG have not been successful though. I have read through most of the threads in this site and tried various suggestion, but have not had any luck.

Linux OS known to support Cqrlog version 2.3.0

I use Linux Mint 19.1, it has the Ubuntu based version 2.0.5 in it's repo , I see in the Linux mint 19.2 they are carrying on with Version 2.0.5, so I download the 64 bit Unbuntu based version of Cqrlog 2.3.0. when I went to install it a window came up suggesting I install mints repo version. As the computer I will use will be dedicated to my Icom 7700 and CQRLOG and with time digital modes that it supposts. I am not new to Linux having used it for 10 years now but favoring Unbuntu and Debian based OS's

CW Keyer - Getting started

Hi,

I'm new to CQRLog and Ubuntu 18.4 as well. I've just installed CQRLog and have it communicating with my KX3. I want to use a Winkeyer 3 USB as my CW interface. When plugging it into my laptop I see no indication of a connection i.e. the winkey remains in the standalone mode. I have used the lsusb command and can see the winkeyer in the resulting listing. To the best of my ability, the winkeyer is USB0 and my rig is USB1.

What steps should I take to further investigate and get the winkeyer working properly?

Thanks in advance,

Robie - AJ4F

QSL_R Field

Hi,

I tried to find the answer to this in the manual (no luck) and the forums (again, no luck) before posting this question...

In the QSL_R Popup menu, it shows "Q" and "!".

What does "Q" and "!" mean? Are other values recommended?

Please advise, and thanks.

[Solved] DXCluster Country Filter

Hello everyone,

I am trying to configure the filter for the DXCluster in CQRLog : "Do not show spots for following countries"
Let's take an example. I don't want to see the spotted stations from Russia that appear on the Web/Telnet DXCluster window.
According to the help, I have to enter the country prefix that I don't want to see.

Here is what I've tried but unfortunately, with no result:

Uploading FT4 log to LOTW

My understanding is that LOTW is now accepting FT4 uploads. I have a seperate FT4 log in my CQRLOG but when I try to upload to LOTW I get "FT4 is not a valid mode" error. I was able to upload the ADIF file manually with TQSL but would rather be able to using CQRLOG. Has anyone been able to resolve this?
******My apologies, found the solution in another post. Must add FT4 in preferences/modes.
