Statistics issue

I'm having an odd issue with the statistics. WAS in particular.
It works with CW, phone, rtty, JS8.
But I'm interested in FT8 and it shows all 0's
I can create a "filter" and see over 2900 FT8 qsos. At least half are confirmed with LOTW
and the log indicates that also.

rigctld not working wwith ts-570

Hello,

Had CQRLog working with Mint 17.3. Using serial to usb cable. Now after I updated to Mint 19.1 trx control does not work. Same setup. No changes to rig setup. Entered same parameters in CQRLog as before. Data speed 57.6 other params default. dmesg | grep usb shows cable on /dev/ttyUSB0 but I cannot see the st-570 in the list.

All help is appreciated.

Dx spots appear in chat window instead of where they should be

Hi all,

I have this weird thing going:

As far as I remember I always had the DX spots where they should be.
While I was testing/resolving another issue, I saw that I was connected to a telnet cluster as usual.

For some reason I only got the welcome message after connection. And some WX messages.
But no DX spots whatsoever.

Problem with uploading to HRDlog

Goodday!
I have a problem with uploading to HRDlog
Everything was working fine for months, until today. Something went wrong after editing a log entry. Probably I edited the entry before it was automatically uploaded to HRDlog. After saving the changes, the following message was displayed:

HRDLog: Could not delete original QSO data!

TQSL Installation

I see that the latest TQSL is V2.4.3. I currently have 2.3.1 installed which is what synaptic has available for my Mint 19.1. A tar is available but with my limited Linux skills I have no idea how to compile and install it. Can someone help with a step by step procedure on how to compile and install the latest TQSL or point me towards one? V 2.3.1 seems to work fine for me but I would like to have the latest installed if I can figure out how to do it.

TS-850 not responding to rigctrld

Hi,

Now that I have CQRlog up and running again, one thing keeps bugging me.
Even though I use the proper settings for my radio, a frequency and/or mode are rarely, if at all, displayed in TRX control.
Nor can I reliably send a bandswitch command from TRX control. I have the pollrate at 10 seconds (10000) milliseconds.

Weird thing is that when rigctld running solely in a terminal it reads everything. I can send commands to the TS-850 and it responds accordingly.
