With 3D viewing, my xPlanet window is fixed on my continent, without the possibility of seeing the spots on the other side of the planet. How do I rotate manually or automatically?

Hi
I’m using Cqrlog 2.4.0 in Ubuntu 18. I realised since I upgraded from 2.3 that just the first QSOs done with WSJTX are properly stored although all the data are shown in the previous dialog. I push the OK button and all values are shown in the QSO list window except for both RST values.
Please help, all my QSO are being stored incomplete!
Regards
Looks like I have some garbled characters in the column headers, there is a column before 'qsodate' and after 'remarks' with this problem. I have had this problem since I started using CQRLOG, version 2.3 and 2.4 have this. Maybe something to do with uninitilialized strings?
I would like to upload a screenshot but can't seem to find a way to do this.
Hi,
Due to the integration of the contest area into the "New QSO" window, the dimensions of the window are now so large that the display of several windows on a standard laptop screen or a 4:3 monitor is very problematic.

Hi all,
Many CQRLOG users thinking about the contest logger from CQRLOG.
IMHO the best native contest logger for linux is console ncurses based TLF (https://github.com/Tlf/tlf). TLF is still alive and developed, the new version is announced for next week. TLF is also integrated to fldigi, xplanet, dx cluster and so on.
Maybe it would be worth to consider any kind of integration cqrlog with tlf? I am not a coder, but this may be easier to do than coding the new contest logger.
Just casual proposal...

Hello,
Some information: cqrlog is very slow to start on a fresh Ubuntu 19.10 installation. It's a i9-9900K 5GHz system with 32G and an AMD RX580 so it's unlikely to be the hardware capability. DB is Mariadb and locally installed (not the native cqrlog "on this host" version), log is moderate, around 2000 QSO's.
It takes up to 30 seconds for the initial window of cqrlog to display the DB selection dialog. However, it appears to be more of an issue with GTK/gnome than cqrlog.
Syslog shows many of the following:
Hi all,
I'm new to CQRLOG. I'd like to test and compare it with my nowadays log program jLog and I have several questions about it:
1- In CQRLOG I can't see any QSO field about contest like ADIF-compliant jLog field CONTEST_ID (i.e. EA-DME). I only see a contest window but I'm afraid it's for hot contest work and not for include contest info about a QSO entry after contest finished. How can I do this here?
2- There's USERDEFn fields in ADIF to define your own fields but I don't know if CQRLOG supports them.
Hi,
After updating to version 2.4.0 I get some errors.
When I choose to open/create new log I get the following error:
Database upgrade crashed with this error:
TMySQL57Connection : Error executing query: Incorrect date value: '0000-00-00' for column 'lotw_qslrdate' at row 1840
----------------------
After clicking on OK I get this error:
TMySQL57Connection : Error executing query: Unknown column 'info' in 'field list'.
Hello,
Thanks for the new version.Work well (eqsl down).
Using here ubuntu 18.04 lts with jtdx 2.1.0 140
but just sometime no report in the log (cqrlog) after log qso with jtdx ?
Best regards from F1MXE Didier.
Hello,
when I double click on a station in the DXCluster window or Bandmap, CQRLog will fill in the station Call in the New QSO window and changes the frequency on my rig but does not change the mode from LSB to USB (i.e. going from 40m to 20m band) on my Icom IC718 radio. It used to automatically change modes when I double clicked on a station, is there a setting that was changed?

**** DEBUG LEVEL 1 ****
Since upgrading to version 19.04 I can not open CQRLog. I receive this message:
Error during connection to database: TMySQL56 connection: Server connect failed.
This is from the mysql.err file:
in DXCluster I can enter the server telnet.reversebeacon.net:7001 for FT8 and then see the stations in the band map. There I can filter that only stations with EQSL and LOTW are displayed.
Is this possible for the wsjt-x monitor?
I am having trouble installing CQRLOG on my Raspberry Pi 4 Buster. When I go to add/remove software, CQRlog shows up, and when I try to install it, it says :loading caches" and then says downloading software for about a half second. Then...nuthin. sup with that?!
I have also tried dowloading cqrlog_2.3.0-1_armhf.deb directly from this site and after I download it, and try to install it, it loads caches and then says, "failed to download". Again, sup with that?!
I am using CQRLOG 2.3.0 on Linux. I have been using CQRLOG for over a year now and just today just started having a problem downloading QSL info from eQSL. I was wonder if anyone else is having this issue or maybe a eQSL glitch. I get returned in window:
Size: 6548
eQSL page was probably changed, cannot find the link to ADIF file
Server returned this:
Then a bunch of html stuff.
Thanks,

Is there a release scheduled for the new RPi-4B??

Please disregard, issue is resolved.
Hi!
I got a request to make a feature that allows fetch QRZ/HamQTH data to old qsos (adif exported from another program like wsjt-x's own log).
After thinking a while I realized that it has done already. You just need latest version of cqrlog ( 2.3.0(003) source form github ). It must have tuned version from N1MM remote that can make a QRZ/HamQth fetch.
Can someone tell me how to take the CQRLog and upload to QRZ.com (for my QRZ web page) ?
Tim
I noticed that the last version to come out was well over a year ago, what is the release schedule for CQRLOG? I am just wondering if I should run via source or not.
I notice the callbook lookup for HamQTH isn't working for me, I can access it via the button that opens the web page but nothing is appearing in callbook field in CQRLOG. I just checked QRZ as well and that isn't working either, but I don't want to use them.
Any ideas please?
Resolved, box hadn't been ticked.
Hi!
I do not normally work a lot fone qsos. And even less fone contests.
SAC contest is how ever the one that "must work", even if just few qsos and short time.
During contest I realized that my icom IC7300 can record and playback voice. I have not used that feature before.
After contest I was thinking that those memories have to have own CI-V commands to initiate as everything else can also be controlled by CI-V.
How ever IC7300 full manual does not tell that.
After some Googling I found out that those commands really exist.
Hello,
I just switched from Ubuntu to Manjaro 18.10 (XFCE). I installed and configured MariaDB first, and then I installed the package cqrlog-bin (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/cqrlog-bin/) from AUR.
The installation goes well, but when I run CQRLOG for the first time I get this error:
Hello cqrlog users,
I am using cqrlog for quite some time now. Also for logging QSOs on Oscar 100. I got hamlib support up and running with an ICOM IC-9700. But what challenged me is that is can only read the TRX frequency off the radio not knowing that there is an up converter behind. Same for downlink.
