Is there a way to get the current callsign and frequency out of CQRLOG for use in a KDE notification? I'd like to use something like:
notify-send $CALLSIGN "seen on " $FREQUENCY "!"
for the Callsign Alert feature.
Thanks,
Art H.

I get the error Dependency is not satisfiable: libpango-1.0-0 (>=1.14.0) on my debian 3.2.0-4-686-pae. I do have libpango-1.0-0 installed.
I got the same error in CQRLog 1.8.1 and then it was corrected in 1.8.2. I am using the .deb instalation files. Some help please.
I am still not used to the CW Type/CW Key differences.
It would be nice to be able to change the CW speed with out having to open the CW Type window. It would also be nice if the labels from CW key would also come over to the CW Type window. You label them inthe config, but they don't show up.
Also my radio has the ability to send SSB messages. Would be nice to key them as well.

I am running 1.8.3 on an OpenSuse box. I have not been very active. Tonight I was on 40 meters and worked a station. I thought I saw a spot fo 80 meters. When I changed the radio, the band map did not refresh. Why did the band map not change? Closing just the band map did not fix the issue. There is no way to force a refresh??

I seem to have developed a small problem, I can upload to Eqsl no problem, but when I download I get:
Size: 4795
Error: No such Username/Password found
very interesting, since I can upload I would think that this info is correct. any thoughts?? Tom K8WDX
Hello,
Is it OK to delete the adi and tq8 files found in .config/cqrlog/lotw and eqsl? looks like each upload and download to these log books generates and saves an adi file. In the interest of disk space I'd like to delete these files. Is that OK? Is there an option to delete theses files after use in CQRLog?
Thanks,
Marty, N3MOW

Hi folks,
This is my first post here, but I have been using cqrlog for over a year now and have about 3000 qso's split between my home base (Ontario) and portable operations (Nunavut).
I'm looking to move the home operations to a different computer. I keep both logs as well as third log from my days as KC0IGY on that computer. In moving the VE3KTB/VY0 and KC0IGY logs over, I did it via a conversion to adif.
I'm a newbie to Linux. and CQRLOG. My OS is Linux Mint 17.
When trying to install CQRLOG. I get and error message.
"Error during conection to data base: Can not load default Mysqll library ("libmysqlclient.so.16" or "libmysqlclient.so"). Check your installation.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - I trying to get my new Ten Tec Omni VII to work with CQRLOG as well as my old rig (Elecraft K2) did. I've tried to configure it properly in the rig control window (tried many variants, actually). CQRLOG will read the frequency from the rig correctly, but writing a frequency to the rig happens sporadically, sometimes with significant time delays (many seconds). At some point, it just stops working until I kill CQRLOG and restart it.
It would be nice for Online Logging, to have the possibility to upload not only all changes but also marked QSO's for HamQTH, Clublog and HRDlog.net.
Often after downloading new eQSL Entrys, the Online log Upload want to uplad the whole Log again to the three ones. Even the Entrys with no changes.
Bad, if i have some new Log Entrys and I only want to upload that few ones to the Online Logs.

When a callsign is entered in the new QSO interface, icons indicating if the callsign is eQSL or/and LOTW users showing up under the "Comment to Callsign box".
Where do this information come from?
The reason for asking is that my own callsign is not indicating LOTW. Even if I am marked both in qrz.com and HamQTH as lotw user. Thanks a lot for a great logging program. I have tried a numbers of other programs but CQRLOG is shooting for gold !

Hello,
since this is my first post on this forum, I'll first say a big "Thank You" for this very nice logging program.
I have one issue:
I had a QSO entry with mode "PSK" which was rejected during eQSL upload with "wrong mode" message.
I changed the mode to PSK31, but I still can not upload this QSO to eQSL, I get the message "Nothing to upload".
How can I upload this QSO to eQSL? I have searched the help and the forum but could not find a solution.
TIA and 73,
Wolfgang
Hi All
Maybe Im trying something that is not supposed to work but it would be very nice. I have setup a remote configuration with one PC connected to my rig via cw comport interface and cwdaemon.
Then i have another PC with CQRlog installed. I have configured the cw interface to use cwdaemon on the PC connected to radio and it works like a charm when using the cw type window.
But when i use the predefined macros, nothing happens.
Hi,
I'm not sure, where is problem, log soft (1.8.3) show all my qso's upload after when qso is end (Save qso) but in hamqth page cannot see that qso's. After when I upload manually my log, then all qso's is there.

I found that just now the SKCC membership list download stops at member # 12913 which the SKCC Web site shows was assigned on 20 Oct 2014. The latest update shows an assignment of today, 03 Jan 2015, of member # 13272.
Is there a script I can download to process this file directly from the SKCC site to create the file required by CQRlog? If not, I'll probably have to do some Perl scripting.

Hi Petr
First tests so far gone well... Seems to work with Fedora 21

Hi,
First of all Happy new Year to all.
Every time I upload to eqsl I get a message that a number of qso were duplicate. I checked the Eqsl upload field and it remains empty.
LOTW uploads work well.
I am running cqrlog version 1.8.2 on ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Thanks again for a very nice program
