One of the things I would like to see is having an option to upload logs to HRDLog, Clublog, etc in the background. I have CQRLog set to automatically upload to these services after each contact. Normally this isn't a problem. But if I am on a frequency working several stations in a row, the popup window showing the status of the uploads gets in the way of me entering information about the next contact.
Yes, I know that I can turn off the automatic uploading of contacts and batch upload them after I am finished. But I would really like to leave this enabled.

I've encountered, that i cant delete duplicated QSO-s. I get this error messege::
"ERROR: :
Error executing query: Cannot truncate a table referenced in a foreign key constraint (`cqrlog001`.`log_changes`, CONSTRAINT
`log_changes_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`id_cqrlog_main`) REFERENCES `cqrlog001`.`cqrlog_main` (`id_cqrlog_main`))"
Every help will be most appriciated, thank you :)

Hi Petr,
I have found a bug in the rig-control of CQRLOG.
I changed the speed of TRX1 from 112500 to 57600 and the software stopped reporting the freq in the TRX window.
So I tried to set the Parity, Databits etc by hand, this didn't change anything.
So I restarted, nothing.
Then I set the values to default again, and this is where the bug is located, when you set everything to default, a strange thing happens, namely this:
Hi,
When I try to download eqsls I get the following error:

Hi,
I have occasionally issues with the log updates not going through and this frequently leaves clublog and cqrlog data in conflict. The only way to reset this is to upload full log to clublog and mark all qsos uploaded in cqrlog.
One possible fix for this could be to try to post the data to clublog several times until it succeeds. I wonder if the following change would do the trick? (in dLogUpload.pas and function TdmLogUpload.UploadLogData)
for tr := 1 to 10 do
begin
if HTTP.HTTPMethod('POST',Url) then
begin
Hi,
The field "qsl_s" don't change in "B" after exporting QSL ? (the "Mark QSLs sent after export" field is checked !)
it's a bug ?
Thanks
Geoffroy, ON6GMT.
The country files shipped with 1.8.2 contain longitudes 11 characters long for JD1(M) and JD1(O). Since the longit column in cqrlog_common.dxcc_ref is a varchar(10), this results in an import error which prevents the deleted entities from being imported. In turn, this results in illegal SQL queries when populating the QSO list.
I worked around it on my system by changing the column to varchar(12), opening the QSO list (ignoring the error), and re-importing the country files with File->Import->DXCC data. After this, CQRLOG works perfectly again.
Hi Petr
Is it too big job add new mode for SWL listeners. IE. SWL. Could be handy, when you get
swlreport and qsl query. Just fill call with SWL station call and select mode SWL. Easy prit
then qsl for listeners.
Hi Peter,
My propagation window doesn't show any indexes anymore, something wrong or that needs the be changed?
Thanks,
Bas.
I run Lubuntu 14.04 and a new version 14.10 is available. I would like to upgrade - will this affect CQRLOG in any way? I am relativily new to Linux and this is my first upgrade. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've been using Mariadb v10.x for some time, and it has shown to be very compatible with mysql based apps.
.
I installed CQRLOG for the first time the other night and ran across an error thrown during startup. It basically said that it didnt likethe v10.x verion of mariadb but was insteadd needing/looking for the 5.5/5.6 version.
.I've installed the libmysqlclient18, which also seems to have a dependancy to mysql 5.5/5.6.
Any sense on when mariadb 10.x will be supported?
.
thanks,
Brad
It seems that the current git version of cqrlog still has issues with clublog update:
ClubLog: Deleting original XXXXX
ClubLog: Update failed! Check Internet connection
ClubLog: Update failed! Check Internet connection
(yes, it gives the failed message twice)
Then I try again and:
CQRlog does not work, as expected.. Namely I get following flag.
Invalid type cast.
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.
Press Cancel to kill the program.
And if I continue I get...
TMySQL56Connection can not work with the installed MySQL client version: Expected (5.6), got (10.0.14-MariaDB).
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.
Press Cancel to kill the program.
And here's debug ....

Hi. I'm Bob, VE7HS. I've recently got much more active in HF since I retired, and Im looking at using CQRLOG as my main logging program.
Because of it's complexity, however, I'm not at all sure how to set it up..
I'm running OpenSuSe 13.1 and I have 1.8.2 installed on my HP laptop. I also have an ICOM 718 connected to my Signalink USB digital interface. I'd like to enable the options to have CQRLOG connect to the radio and read the frequencies in use, mode and so on.
Hi,
I'm rtying to mark my QSO with QSL Sent buro or manager buro, but softer some edits, cqrlog crashes.
I recognized it a few times today, therefor I startet once again with debugg==1.
Any ides, what could be wrong to throw an exeption ?

Hi,
I'd like to filter QSO's from worked DXCC, but never confirmed in LOTW...
Any idea how?

Hi!
I bought a "new" radio.
I have a problem only with DSP filter SSB.
Every time when I click on a SPOT SSB station, it turn on LO / WIDTH 1000 Hz filter. I want that it will not be turned on.
In MODES configuration and width options I have set the option in 2800.
Entering different values does not change the behavior of the program.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
New problem, I am not able to set any preferances, when I open Preferances I get an Error message "TListBox Index -1 out of bounds 0....25
Then the usual ok to ignor or cancel ti kill...
any ideas?? Thanks Tom K8WDX
Hi everybody,
I noticed that CQRLOG cannot download data from eQSl.cc if there is more than one account attached to the one configured. The solution is to user a parameter QTHNickname for the HTTP request to eQSL.
As a solution I would prefer to have a text input field in the download dialog just like the upload one already has. The Changeset can be found here:
https://github.com/ok2cqr/cqrlog/pull/15
Would be glad if this would find the way into the official next release.
I would like to be able to right-click on a QSL manager in the QSO view/edit form and search them via HamQTH/QRZ directly.
Currently we can right click on the call worked, but if they have a manager listed in the database sometimes it is helpful to go straight to the manager's page. The manager often lists requirements such as bureau/no-bureau, greenstamp requirements, etc.
Hello,
I use cqrlog with an winleyer USB. I have connected 2 TRX to the winkeyer. But I dont know how to change between the 2 Rig in cqrlog.
Does someone know about this ?
I got this error when trying to remove dupes from the log:
ERROR: : Error executing query: Cannot truncate a table referenced in a foreign key constraint (`cqrlog001`.`log_changes`, CONSTRAINT `log_changes_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`id_cqrlog_main`) REFERENCES `cqrlog001`.`cqrlog_main` (`id_cqrlog_main`))
Dupes will not be removed.
The problem is the log from wsjt-x. wsjt-x is using his own Log "wsjt-x_log.adi" for checking for worked Callsigns and Countrys. So it's not a good idea to delete this log after using it for importing qso into cqrlog.
Petr,
I've begun to get random failures on uploads for both HamQTH and HRDLog. I ran a manual upload to HamQTH while i issued a continous ping to hamqth.com. Although the upload failed, there were no ping drops. See details below:
HamQTH: Uploading FG4NOHamQTH: Upload failed! Check Internet connection
--- hamqth.com ping statistics ---221 packets transmitted, 214 received, 3% packet loss, time 220070msrtt min/avg/max/mdev = 312.599/324.112/483.309/13.377 ms
HRDLog: Uploading 9H5G/C6AHRDLog: Upload failed! Check Internet connection
